Creative Quarterly Award Exhibit Friday 3/13/2020- Postponed to 5/1/2020
The event was postponed to 5/1/2020 because of the Coronavirus same time same place.
Like I said previously, two of my images were selected in the top 25 in the Fine Art Category for Creative Quarterly’s Topp 100 book – 2019 and with that included in the said show.
Opening reception:
Friday March 13th 6-8PM at 69 Eldridge St on the Lower East Side.

Winner “The Independent Photographer”
One of my East Africa Portraits was a winner in “The Photo Independent” competition which means there will be an exhibit in Berlin at the end of the year.
Museum of Contemporary African Diaspora Art (MoCADA) exhibit
I will take part in an exhibit in Brooklyn at the MoCADA Museum with 2 of my African Portraits from the series “Evidence of Resilience” in May 2017.

I found out that my Eastern Africa portrait series “Evidence of Resilience” will be part of the “Hostsalongen 2016” this fall in Stockholm (30 Sept thru 20 Nov).
Africa!!!
Just bought my ticket for a 4 week stint in Africa for the NGO Spark Micro Grants. The trip is underwritten by Global Good Fund.
I will be traveling to Rwanda, Uganda and Burundi to shoot stills and film for these two organizations. There will also be a Gallery Show with the pictures at Bill Morris Gallery in Chelsea later in the spring of 2015, stay tuned.
‘unBound’ tonite at 6PM- Readings of two stage plays
